Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I From Dubai, I bought one land in kerala on january 2012. There was one small house inside the compound and the owner and his family were staying there. They ask me 6 months time to vacate the home and I agree that. I came back to dubai after the deal. After 6 months they didnt vacate the house and my brother gone to kerala and made a meeting with their relatives. They asked 6 months more time and this time I made a rental agreement (Kacheet) with them saying that they are staying there for a monthly rent of Rs.1400 and they will vacate the home on 28/02/2013. I didnt collected any rental amount from them. Now also they are not vacating the home. I dont have any land or house in kerela. My family is also with me in Dubai and I registered this land in my wife name. I have all the documents related to this (tax reciept, liability certificate everything). So please help me to overcome this situation.

You can file a suit for eviction if tenant and your lawyer can do the needful as you are in Dubai.
