Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
my friend is retard doctor in chennai 80 age,he have highest poisition in goverment hospital,he purchase land before 14 years ,worth now cost 300 lakhs,but he did't visit the land site in past years,the land has occupy by finance company illegally and he construct 3 floor building on it.he also made duplicate papers,he have strong background,he have power to buy police commissonr and high court judge,but my friend have no any support,all lawyer take money from here,and make promise that they give back his land or land value,but they did't.what to do know?they both have land papers.
