Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

my dad sold house which we used to live in and bought different house from that money but now what happens that person sold to different person and now third party cathing us that the land lord of that building is not giving permission to change the name from house at now the house is on my fathers name we have stuck in between and the 2nd person is away from the mumbai we cant caught him now we and the 3rd party are in great problem is there is any frogery case on us please give us a solution
