Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My father fixed some amount in bank and he has given

my elder brother name as nominee but he has not written

any will about property as well as Fixed Deposit amount.

We are two me daughter and my brother both married and age

is 47 and 50 years.

Any how the property is equal for both of us

and about fixed deposits how can i claim. for equal right

You and your brother have equal share in your fathers property and FD. You can claim or file a partition suit against your brother.

You may, as nominee is merely trustee of legal heirs.
