Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Right over Father's Property

My Father was alloted a site by BDA. The same site was alloted to my brother instead of my father as requested by my father since my brother would get loan from his office for construction. I was a minor when this transaction took place. All my sisters have singed their approval for this except me. Now, I am residing in the upstairs of the said property & my brother is residing in the ground floor. Now, my brother is asking me to vacate the house as it belongs to him according to the documents. I would like to know whether I have any right over the said property even though it stands in the name of my brother.

Re: Right over Father's Property

If you can prove that the property was purchased from the funds of your father, then you have a right over the property as per the succession law.
