How to find to whom property belong to

I am planning to purchase a house with 620 sqft,in Mathikere, Bangalore. This property was inherited one & they built a house ab't 15 yeas back.

I want ot know which are all the documents we need to verified to confirm that property.

Is there any way do the same online. I don't have much idea ab't this.

Before you purchase a property, it may be better to engage a lawyer and obtain "search/title report" of the property for the last thirty years.

If it is ancestral then you have to verify who are the share holders of this property and who purchase this property through tehsildar.
