Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My grandfather has 2 sons(my big father and my father). My father is the younger one. Even before his sons marriage, my grand father has divided the

property into 3 parts and kept one share with him and given the rest of the shares to both the sons equally. My big father has one daughter and my father has 2 sons(i Am elder of both).

Now my grandfather has registered his will and as per his words, he has 2 lands which will be shared to both of us( sons of his younger son).

Now can my sister( big father's daughter), file a case in court asking for the property share? and if she files a case, will the court favour her?

As ur grandfather has already made a Will so she can not make any claim in the property... but she can make claim for her share in her fathers property ....
