HELLOW SIR,

I am a farmer and our agriculture land at Pune State - Maharastra. Now I m think some agriculture land purchase at Ahmedabad, State - Gujarat. It is possible?

(1) How many land Max./Min. purchase in Gujarat, Dist. - Ahmedabad?

(2) How is give a permission for purchase agriculture land at Ahmebdabad?

(3) What is the procedure?

1) You need to check the agricultural ceiling laws applicable to Gujarat State.

2) If you are an agriculturist in Maharashtra State, you may not require any permission to purchase agricultural land in Gujarat State. You need to produce proofs of being agricultirst.

3) No clear as to what procedure you would like to know.
