Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

We are a Hindu family. My father threatens to donate inherited house (my father got this house from his grandfather through a will) to charity. Does the son have any rights to claim on this property. The house was rebuilt in 1995 by my father.

Yes, the son may seek an injunction restraining his father from alienating the property in any manner.
