Can a managing committee insist members to give out personal information like email ids, educational qualifications, name of the company in which they work etc. all in the name of ''knowing the members better''?

The members should normally abide by the decision of the Managing Committee since it may be in their own interest.

If a member is aggrieved by decision of managing committee, he may approach the Registrar, Cooperative Societies of the State seeking its cancellation.
