Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

my husband has been disinherited by his father before our marriage and now we have a son . is there any possibility if our son can get any of his grandfather's property? and if my husband is disinherited before marriage does it mean that am disinherited too??? plaese help

There is no law of "disinheritance". Your son will automatically inherit his grand-father's property.

in case the grandfather having self acquired property and the same is willed away by him, no claim can be made by either your husband or son but in case it is an ancestral property, your father in law cannot disinherit your husband as he stands on the same footing as ur FIL.
