Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I got married on 2nd june 2008,my wife is 3 sisters only.her father having 5 brothers including him and they are joint.her father died before our marraige.uncle did not fully cooperated in the marraige.her mother leaves with them and she says that she cant leave the house because tehy will not support from outside.they belongs to business class and 1 uncle is in service.they maintain all the accounts and they do not let us know how much and where the property is present.
is their is any right in the salary of the uncle and what is the procedure to get the right in their family with the help of my wife.

Your wife may be entitled to a share in her father's property and may file a suit for rendition of accounts and her share.
