Question:
What is the best and worst time frame that this will be resolved if I file a suit for partition ?
Question: My parents (who are now no more) own multiple properties in their own names. Me and my brother are the sole heirs of the properties. My brother is completely against splitting the property and also very uncooperative in settling the issue even when better portion offered to him. He wants us to jointly own the property and is not willing for any other options.
The properties are in our parents name even after 12 years of their death. Please propose actions.
Answer: file a suit for partiiton.
