Revoking General Power of attorney

The General power of attorney has been registered. Can it be rovoked ? Once registered and release deed registered can anyone put a stay order ?

You may revoke the GPA anytime. But you will step into the shoe of your GAP holder.

It can be revoked, if not coupled with interest.

Stay order is meant for preventing something. It is not clear what is to be prevented?

yes the registered general power of attorney can be revoked, only the irrevocable power which has been given in lieu of any consideration can not be revoked.About the stay order it depends upon the facts of the case. any person having right over the property and the property has been released without his consent, a stay order can be obtained in such cases.Feel free to contact for further clarification on 9892193167, 28904722(mumbai-india).
