Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

i run a shop. my brother also do work with me in that shop from last 25 years. but this shop is registered on my name, but his name is shown as a tenant in accounts. now i wnt to sell that property, but my brother is puting his nose in it. wat would be ur advice??

You run a shop, but the premises are not owned by you or your brother. The premises are tenanted premises, used by you and your brother. If you fight with your brother you may lose what ever benefits you are enjoying, better have peace with him, and live in harmony.

In any event, the shop being a tenant, cannot be sold.
