Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hello Sir, I and my 4 brothers jointly own the ancestral house bought by our father. Now we are re constructing the whole house and having 4 floors wherein 3 brothers will take the full floor (3 floors) and 2 brothers will share 1 floor i.e. front side of that floor by one brother and back side by another brother. The 3 brothers who will own the full floor will pay all the construction cost. Now we want to do the registry of floor/area allocated to each individual's name so that each brother can take decision to stay/ sell/ let the floor/area on which the ownership is resting with him. I understood that there is requirement to do partition deed .

I believe there will be only 1 original partition deed at the time of payment of stamp duty and rest 4 registered copies can be received. Is there any avenue to have original partition deeds for each brother and each brother pay the stamp duty of his floor only

Please advise as i would like to avoid only 1 original and rest 4 certify/registered( as I believe certified copy and registered copy is same set of documentation process)

I think you have not read my earlier answer. Make the deed in 4 counter parts. all deed will be marketable.
