Legal Question in Securities Law in India
My apartment owners association has decided to go for repainting of the building,they have decided to charge all the flat owners at a standard price of 10k but it should be on per squre feet basis as i tend to lose because i have a 1 bhk house and rest all are 2 bhk houses
pls advise
