Legal Question in Social Security Law in India
sir i have given a complaint in phone (not from 100 and i called to particular police station number from mobile in emergency situation). the police people not take any action as of now. if i asked why dont take any action my complaint then they said we are not accept phone complaint...sir i would like to know is there any law saying dont accept phone complaint... can i give complaint this police station to higher level in police people...

you should give the complaint in writing and in case of emergency, call 100.
