my father died in ahmedabad, gujarat and I am a daughter and beneficiary as per the will of my father but executor who is my elder brother did not inform me about my father will up to 11 months after my father's death.

As executor my elder brother transferred flat in mumbai having value of 15 crores in the name of other beneficiary who suppose to get that as per the will, without obtaining probate and without and before informing me that my father has made will.

What legel action i can take on my brother for his above wrong doing as executor of the will?

how do u know that your father has made a will and what content of the same.

without going through will document can't advice.

If what you have stated in your question is true then you have criminal as well as civil remedies available to take action against the executor.
