Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

I really appreciate the confidence in your opinion. I believe that such confidence only comes when it is backed by the truth.

Sir, my further request to you is under which law there is a provision to register the will with the registrar after the death of testator?

Secondly, is it necessary to go for Probate after the will is registered?? or Property can directly be transferred to the beneficiary in the will??

Sir. I will be very highly obliged if provide above these detailed information.

Today after paying the hefty fees to lawyers we don't get good advice.

Warm regards,

Tapan
