Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

Our Family is a joint family & all property registred to my parents name except 2 acre land was registred to my eldest brother & his wife name[purchsed through joint family income sources], now it become a sepration of our family 3-4 day ago in present of 5 panch parmeshwar & my parents [villagers], distribution among all brothers included the property registred in my eldest brothers name , if we registred the family batwara in court also then further in future any problem may faced against the property which was taken my eledest brothers name

Pl. what's a solution easy & cheap & best

Have compromise done in Civil Court and get decree on the agreement reached between all persons in respect of all properties, it will be binding for ever.
