In what type of the property succession certifcate is eligible.How court stamp fees is calculated? what is present rate?

The procedure of stamp fee an rates are governed by local laws. You may seek this information from the local revenue office - Collector/Tehsildar etc.

An application for Succession Certificate may be made in the local courts for any immovable property.

Succession certificate could be used for proving yourself as the successor of the deceased(dead) person at the time of any dispute arises over any property.Stamp duty and registration are such a complex questions that they always differ from state to state and time to time.These are all governed by the goverment of that particular state.
