Legal Question in Workers Comp in India
i asked a free legal question on property law a lawyer gave his email id for online advice
i mailed him my question and stated that (reply only if its free legal advice)
he mailed me reply to my question.
and told me nothing is for free and now he is asking for compensation fees
Do i have to pay him ?

i have replied your question in detail. you are not liable to pay in case you were not informed of the consultation fee in advance and not asked to deposit the same before the answer is sent.
