Payment of Gratuity
I have worked with an central govt. Organization from feb.1999 t0 march 2007. 8 years continuous, permanent service. I will be paid gratuity by that organization or not, please tell me.

further information is required!... are you employed as regular payroll employee or on contract basis? what was the actual work you were employed for? who is your employer? get details and consult a lawyer!
