Road accident and death
My friend driving his Bolero on National highway collided with a motor bike and the impact left the latter dead.He was 24 years old guy(Muslim).My friend did not run and flee from the scene from the mob.The deceased contributed largely to the accident.The patch of the national hihwya where the accident tokk place was under construction a nd accident prone.
Is my friend liable to got to jain and what are his chances in this case.

It all depends upon the facts and circumstances of the case. The relevant Section is 304A IPC.

The prosecution has to prove that your friend was negligent or driving rashly at the time of the accident.
