Legal Question in Workers Comp in India
Sir,
I served a MNC Company for 11 months and 7days(i.e from Jan 2012 to 7th Dec 2012.In the month of Nov 12 employer send termination mail saying that your last workind day will be 7th Dec 12(i.e) only 3 weeks notice period given but as per agreement either of the parties should give 45 days notice.When i requested for compensation for short notice termination they are not accepting my request and they told that they will pay only for 7 days in the month of Dec2012.Employer has been forcing me to accept the final settlement only for 7 days.What shall i do?how to proceed?
