Legal Question in Workers Comp in India
i am told to sign a bond of 3 years with the MNC with a salary of 6000 per month, i was told that there ll be 1 year of tranning and 2 years probationary period and after that they ll decide whether to make me permanent or not so if i break the bond in middle of this period what ll be the consequences i have to face?

It depends on the terms and conditions mentioned in the Bond/agreement which you signed with them. Generally, a penalty in terms of money is mentioned in such Bonds if the probationer violates it.
