Legal Question in Workers Comp in India
I terminated the services of my maid servant when i found certain deficiency including suspected theft and apparently she is registered with an NGO adn that NGO is demanding that I pay 3 months salary to her. I terminated her on the 15th of January but paid her the whole month's salary, so in effect I gave her 15 days extra as salary and look for another job. Now this NGO says I have to pay 3 months salary. I never signed any bond papers that suggested she was registered with an NGO so how can the NGO demand this. If I am not happy with her service dont I have a right to terminate her. Is this harassment from this NGO justified? Kindly tell me what legal help i should seek. What I should do next. Its nothing but intimidation and ransom i feel.

she must have placed a fraud story in front of NGO and seeking their help
as u have not signed any thing u need not to wory if they contact u tell them the facts and truth if still they dont understand
file a complaint aginst your maid as well as NGO for harassing you
