Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Indiana
Can I declare bankruptcy on only my credit card debt and keep my house? I make around 1500 a month and have 6000 in credit card debt. I am fully able to pay my house payment and utilities and other obligations but cannot squeak out enough to get out from under credit cards.
