Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Indiana

I have filed chapter 13. After the filing date and everyone was notified Chase Bank went ahead and sold my house at a sherrif sale ignoring the automatic stay. Fanny Mae bought it. I was unaware of all of this until a realtor showed up at my door and told me that I had to be out by 8/5. What are my rights? This is illegal. I am in a chapter 13. They completely ignored everything. The realtor wanted me to sign an agreement stating that I would move out by 8/5 and they would give me a check for 5K. I did not sign it.
Where do I go from here? Am I going to have to move out? It hasn't even been long enough for me to make my first BK payment. Chase has sent me my mortgage payment.
