Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana

business dissolution

I am co-owner of a S- corporation business. My partner has said she wants to buy me out and keep the business herself. She is not given me a fair offering, and told me she will draw this out as long as she needs to keep her low offer out there. Can I make the business pay for my attorney fees, or will I have to pay out of my pocket? The business is very lucrative.

Re: business dissolution

Probably not. Unless the by-laws allow you to get attorney fees, you are not likely to get attorney fees.
