Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana

I am currently in chap 13 and i am a part owner of a company that i do not want to be a part of. The state office said i had to dissolve the company but i want to know if i can do that without the other partners concent? If so, what do I need to do? He forced me to enter into this partnership and I just found out that he is operating under this company name without my knowledge. His wife's credit card came to my house since the business is put down at my address. can you please give me some advice on this matter.

It is unclear what kind of business entity you have gotten yourself into. I assume that you have a bankruptcy attorney, you need to check with that person.
