closed shares in ownship going though divorce
husband of 25 years in the state of indiana (50% 50%) not wanting to share operating stock in business him and his co partner started. hubby owns 49% other partner51% but we built this business together. theses are closed stocks (showing ownership) after 25 years of marriage, i am spouse intitles to any business stocks or shares. please get back with me as soon as possible

There is a presumption in Indiana that each spouse owns 50% ofthe marriage assets. The item you described appears to be a marriage asset.
