Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
I am in Indiana. I have a list of customers that were emailed to me when I worked for a company. I still have those emails with customer name, address and emails. I have since opened my own business in the same field. Can I email and mail brochers to those customers legally. Advising them that I have started my own business and that Im cheaper?
