Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
We are selling a small business in Indiana. The buyers want possession at closing, but there are vendor owned items that have to be returned and they do not want them there when they take possession. Because of some haphazard things they have done, I am uneasy turning in all the equipment just in case something happens and this falls through. Also, one of the owners live in the apartment and the new owner's do not want to continue the lease. What length of time is within the law for both the business and the apartment rental?

You must be out when the lease ends.
