Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana

Work

I am a salaried employee.I had

tranferred to a different state. I gave a

30 day notice that I would be leaving

and returning home. I am going to

return to the same company as a

commisioned employee. They took my

salary away halfway through the

notice. Is this legal?

Absent a contract, corporate policy or a union contract stating otherwise, it is legal.
