One of our employees set up a web site for our company--name removed--The employee no longer works for us, but is posting nasty things on this web site--name removed--Do we have a legal right to this web site?

Re: computer rights

Was the website registered in the company's name or the ex-employee's name?

When you say the employee is posting nasty things, is he/she doing it in a forum where anyone can post comments, or is it limited to him?

In general, if the website was developed by your employee, your company would own the rights to the web site. Feel free to contact my office to discuss your situation further.
