Legal Question in Technology Law in Indiana

Online Agreements

I am getting very close to opening my hunt services web site. I am putting the final touches on it. One of my final things to do, is to find a attorney that can help me draw up an agreement for the clients to digitally agree to, before they are given rights to use my web site services.

.

My question is, would you be able to point me in the right direction, so I can find a lawyer that can help me with a online agreement. I am trying to cover any legal liabilities that may arise from offering this service to the public. As well as any liabilities from damages that may occur from hackers or viruses.

I have contacted several attorneys here in my local area, and all of them have said that I need to find someone familiar with computer & technology law.

Can you help me out? I am having trouble finding anyone around here that is capable in this area.

Re: Online Agreements

There are many attorneys to help you. I suggest any experienced business attorney can prepare the necessary agreements. The field is business law rather than "internet law." I have helped clients in different parts of the country with their internet agreements.

I hope this helps!
