Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

I received a small claims judgement for $1920 dollars in July 2015. However, nothing has been paid to me.

can I file a lien on his property or his work truck. How much would a lawyer charge? can it be done on contingency?

You can enforce your judgment, but it will take a lawyer. A lawyer can handle it on a contingency basis, but I'd offer to go 50/50 to make it worth his while.
