Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

I totaled my car while making payments on it from JD Byrider. I was making payments on it for 4 months and I got the value of my car from insurance, which was full coverage, which was $8k. JD Byrider says that they include there warranties for the car are included in the price of it, which was $13k. So at this moment I owe them $5k for a car I no longer have and I also no longer need there warranties. Is there anything I can do for this situation?
