Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

wage garnishments

We had a truck repossessed and now the attorney has put a legal hold on our checking account which takes all of our deposits for the payments. As we have my husbands paycheck direct deposited we will have no source of income for anything. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Get a lawyer, probably one who does bankruptcy work. Not enough facts to make even a guess of what is going on, you would would do better with a live attorney who can get the details out of you.
