5 time felon

I gotten an OWI in 1996, my 1st offense, which I received an misdemeanor, but then I received my 1st felony in 1997 for OWI and again in 1998. I lost my license for 5 years then 10 years and received probation and time served. Then in 2001 and 2002, I received DWS,which I received felony charges which I recieved probation and time served, but lost my licenses for life. I would like to clean up my record, Who and How do I go about getting this all cleaned up?

In order to clean up your driving record after this period of time, it will be necessary to have an attorney prepare and file petitions for post-conviction relief in the courts where you pled guilty. Your attorney will have to order and obtain transcripts of your guilty pleas from the court reporters and review them for any possible flaws in the proceedings. Then petitions will need to be filed in each court. It can be a long process, but it's important to get started as soon as possible. Once you know about post-conviction relief, you can end up waiving your right to it if you delay.
