Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
i was arrested for criminal tresspassing and had my keys to my car in my friends house and the police got the keys and said they were going to tow it i told them to leave the keys in the house i would get the car later and they got the keys anyways and found a pistol in the trunk so my question is did the police have any reason to search my car and did they do anything illegal in searching my car the way they did?
