Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana

A couple of friends came to my house and we end up going to cvs and one friend said its kool every body get what u want he will pay for it so me and my baby was in the front of them while every body was shopping and i wanted to hurry up because i was in public and me and my baby hair wasnt done so he knew i was in a rush so he said heres the card just use credit so i went to the front and the lady start ringing up the items and i later on found out the card was stolen. he also had packages sent to another friend house with his name. now the police want to investigate me. we also went to other stores but i didnt swipe any where else. what should i do?

Hire a lawyer. Do not talk to the police. It sounds like you were given the card to use, but if it didn't have your friend's name on it, you may be hard pressed to prove that you didn't know you had no permission to use the card.
