Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
What is an excessive bond for a class c felony? and is it illegal becuase my brothers is set at 75,000 for having somebody in the house that he didnt know about while he was sleeping who comitted a crime that day.

There is no amount of bond which is automatically excessive. If he can prove the facts as you summarized them, he will win at trial; I suspect the state of Indiana might try to present a slightly different version. Go talk to your brother's lawyer about the bond amount.
