Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I have a failure to appear warrant for not showing up to a probation revocation hearing in lake county Indiana and now live in Oklahoma, will they extradite me? The original charge was a Class A misdemeanor

No way to know what they WILL do. Isn't it enough to know that they can? For the sake of your peace of mind and that of your family, you should go back and get this taken care of.
