Legal Question in DUI Law in Indiana

Drivers Licenses

I have a relative that has a bad driving record. Thier license has been revoked. So bad that this person cannot afford all of the fines and fees it would take to get the license back. This person has asked me to use my address, which is in another state from them, to get another license. I know this is not a good idea, but I would like to know the deatails of what I am exposing myself to in order to intelligently rebuke the idea. Thank You.

Re: Drivers Licenses

First of all, it won't work. Secondly, you risk jail time if you try and loss of your own license.
