I live in Indiana. I recently was aressted for a dui. I panicked and plead guilty. Is it possible to retract the plea. And how do I go about doing so.

You need to hire an attorney to investigate a post-conviction relief petition (if you have already been sentenced), or to withdraw your plea (if you have merely pled guilty and are still awaiting sentencing). There is no roadmap to give you other than that.
