Child Custody

When making a case to file for Indiana child custody, can one require a witness to appear in court? If there is criteria to require such a witness to appear, what is that criteria?

Re: Child Custody

To force someone to appear in court, a subpoena would be necessary.

However, you cannot force them to say what you want them to say.

You do not have to subpoena "friendly" witnesses (witnesses for your own side).
