Child support arrears

Are there any ways to fight the court system on a judgement concerning child support arrears after the children are over 21?

Re: Child support arrears

The time to fight it was before the judgment was made.

If more than 30 days have passed since the judgment was granted, you'd have to have some extraordinary reasons to have it overturned.

The fact that the children are older doesn't mean that a child support arrearage "goes away." New child support amounts won't accrue, but the old ones, in the form of a judgment, don't go away because the child got older.
